The process starts with your inquiry. A short form allows us to gather the necessary product details and prepare a Estimated Price Quotation (EPQ).
We will provide you with an EPQ that includes information such as unit price, tooling price, MOQ and lead times.
Based on the provided specifications, our R&D department develops a 3D design tailored to your product.
Upon request, we’ll prepare a 3D-printed model. This additional step helps fine-tune the final details before tooling production begins.
We create a smaller, cost-effective sample tooling to produce the first moulded pulp samples, allowing you to test the packaging directly in your operations and confirm its functionality.
Once the samples are approved, we proceed with the manufacturing of final tooling and we prepare pre-series samples for final validation. Mass production begins after their approval.
Once production begins, deliveries are scheduled to match your requirements. Blanket Order and regular forecasts ensure timely deliveries and consistent supply.

We deliver mostly throughout Europe, as well as oversees. Customers usually handle logistics themselves, but we can also provide direct shipping upon request.
